The VisionTrak mobile application is a companion interface that allows authorised users to view and interact with data collected by VisionTrak tracking systems.
The App does not collect tracking data directly from the user’s mobile device. Instead, it retrieves and displays data that has been collected and transmitted to VisionTrak servers by dedicated tracking hardware installed in customer assets.
Account Information

This is used solely for login, account management, and secure access.
Location Data
The VisionTrak mobile application does not collect or track location data from the user’s device.
The App displays location data associated with tracked assets. This data is collected by VisionTrak tracking devices and transmitted to VisionTrak servers.
The mobile application retrieves and displays this information but does not use the device’s GPS or collect the user’s physical location.
The App does not collect location data in the background or foreground from the user’s device.
