VisionTrak offers three core solutions to assist your refrigerated vehicles whether that would be through monitoring your vehicles temperature, tracking its location from depot to destination or ensuring the safety and liability of your drivers with our AI Dashcam. With VisionTraks solutions we can ensure you that you will never have to worry about your refrigerated fleets again.

Yes even though VisionTrak is based in Victoria we have teams in other states to help install our solutions nation-wide. Whether you’re based in Queensland or New South Wales VisionTrak is always available. We cover all major cities, small suburbs and even rural areas.

No there is no limit to the number of vehicles we can work with, whether you have 2 or 50 vehicles we can provide you with all the services you will need.

Depending on the solution you require, the installation process can range approximately from an Hour to Two and a Half Hours. GPS Trackers and Dashcams take roughly an hour. However temperature sensors take longer and can take up to two and a half hours due to needing more wiring with refrigerated trucks. The size of the vehicle will also determine how long the process may take.

Yes we do install on weekends however we do not usually install on public holidays. If you want a solution installed just give us a call during the week and we can organise a time to come and meet you for the installation process.

Yes you can have all three of our solutions installed at the same time. In fact, we highly recommend having all three solutions installed in your fleets for maximum safety and monitoring.

If one of your GPS trackers begin to play up, we will notice it immediately on our end and contact you as soon as possible to get in touch about fixing the current one or replacing it entirely depending on the overall issue.

When you become a partner with us, you will gain access to our AssetTrak website which will allow you to see exactly where your refrigerated vehicles are located at all times with constant 24/7 live updates. With AssetTrak you can monitor the distance, destination, hours driven, the temperature and whether the vehicle is currently driving or parked. You will also be the first ones to hear about any major updates to our models or software.

To access our AssetTrak website all you have to do is express your interest in our six week free trial and after your installation we will give you access to the site to try out the solutions for six weeks. If you don’t feel like continuing using our solutions after the six week trial ends, that’s no problem just get in contact and cancel at any time.

The mobile application works similar to the website version of AssetTrak. You can view the same information but from your smart phone. All that is required is that you have a pre-existing account with AssetTrak, which is achieved through expressing interest in our six week free trial. Currently our app is only available on iPhone. However, an Android version of the app is currently in development and will be coming soon.
